Rental terms.

• Age 24 and up, 2+ years of driving experience
• For Premium cars — 25 and up, 4+ years
• Valid category B driving licence
• Passport or ID card

• The amount depends on the car class and the rental period — we name it at booking, before the agreement is signed
• Some cars go without a deposit — that is for trips inside Serbia
• Crossing the border always takes a deposit: €200 on economy cars, €300 on comfort

• Basic insurance included in the rental price
• Covers damage to third parties when the renter is at fault
• Does not cover repairs to the rented car itself — if the renter is at fault, the repair is at their expense
• To cap your liability, add CASCO — prices and deductibles are in the table below
• Tyres, wheels and glass are not covered by either the basic policy or CASCO

The deductible is the most you pay for damage to the car. Damage below that amount is charged at the actual cost of repair.

• Unlimited mileage on economy-class cars — any distance
• Other classes have a daily allowance — the figure is shown on each car page
• Over the daily allowance — €0.20/km on comfort, €0.30/km on business and premium
• Driving within Serbia — no restrictions
• Cross-border travel — only with the Lessor's written consent, recorded in Annex No. 1; a Green Card is required for certain countries
• Not allowed: taxi, carsharing, driving school

• Cash — EUR or RSD
• Exchange rate fixed on day of payment
• Prices are shown in EUR and are indicative; invoicing and payment are made in RSD at the NBS middle rate on the payment date
• ZURO Doo Beograd is not registered for VAT — prices do not include VAT

• Delivery in Belgrade and to Nikola Tesla Airport — €30
• Collection from the same location — €30
• Outside city — by arrangement
• Return — to the delivery address or to the office; drop-off and return are charged separately

• A rental day is 24 hours from handover; 1 hour of grace on return
• Minimum — 1 day
• Maximum — unlimited
• The daily rate depends on the term: the longer the rental, the lower the rate — the rate for your dates is shown on the car page
• Long-term (1 month+) — individual rate

• Child seat — on request, free
• Second driver — on request
• Contract in English / Russian / Serbian
• 24/7 WhatsApp support

• Submit a complaint by e-mail to info@zurocars.com
• We reply within 8 days of receipt
• Please include the rental dates, the vehicle and a description of the issue
• Complaints are handled by ZURO Doo Beograd, Jurija Gagarina 32, Novi Beograd

• A car rental for specific dates is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Consumer Protection Act, Art. 36 (12))
• This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective service
• Booking changes and cancellations are agreed with the manager before pick-up

• The car is handed over and returned at the same fuel level — recorded in the handover report
• If there is less fuel on return, the shortfall is charged at €2.5 per litre — the figure in Annex No. 2 to the agreement
• Fuel is not included in the rental price

• Only the driver named in the rental agreement may drive the car. Handing it to anyone else, relatives included, is not allowed
• In a crash with a driver not named in the agreement, no insurance applies — neither the basic policy nor CASCO. The renter covers all damage
• A second driver is added free of charge at signing — bring their documents; the same age and experience rules apply

• Smoking inside the car — €150; deep cleaning when heavily soiled — €80; pet traces — €100
• Late return: 1 hour free, then €15 per started hour and €50 per started day on top of the rate
• Lost keys — €300 plus replacement; lost car documents — €150 plus reissue
• Traffic and parking fines are passed on as received, with a €25 handling fee per fine
